Our company will only offer refunds after full investigation of  matter.


How are payments accepted?

We accept payments via cash, credit or debit card, Cash App, PayPal and Venmo. Receipts and/or invoices are given with all transactions.

What IF I WANT MY CANCEL AN ASSIGNED BABYSITTER?

Please give us a 24-hour notice of cancellations


IS THERE A MINIMUM TIME THAT I HAVE TO BOOK WITH A SITTER?

Yes! We ask that you book a minimum of 3 hours with our sitters
